It won't show up unless the company specifies they want a test for steroids. They won't do that due to cost and they will only request a test for cocaine, THC (Marijuana) and Opiates.
I would guess that unless you're trying out for the nurse olympics, you'll be fine.

It's ebay, most things aren't actually what they say they are. It's most likely a generic brand exhaust. They wouldn't sell a titanium exhuast for $150, Titanium is worth WAY more than that. Not real titanium? These used to retail for A TON of money, if you're going by price. They've been trying to clear them out on ebay for a long time, I've been watching. I had to restrain myself when it finally came to $150. I just can't stand the muffler. 60mm pipe is good enough for almost all neon...
