I'm really impressed with the craftsmanship of it. can't wait to get it installed. as i...

It is a DOHC 98 ACR. I just started getting into racing this season, so I'm pretty green when it comes to track time. I was only able to get out on 3 separate occations...with a total of about 20 passes between the 3 track days. I've been looking at the OBX long tube header, (as recommended by INVUJ...

thanks for the opinions. the slower times are due to the fact that i've only been to a track 3 times. my times have consistently improved every time i have gone, but there is still much room for improvement. there are some things on the car that need attention, as well as much more practice on my pa...

Kirk Racing long tube header

can anyone give me more detailed info about this product? the info from Modern Performance states that it is designed to eliminate the catalytic converter, but can a cat still be used with it, (to keep it emissions legal)? Would the use of a high flow cat be detrimental to the benefits of the LTH? W...

ah...i see where you're going with that. (probably wouldn't have been far off either.) thanks for the info though. i've got to change the axle seals asap so i'll grease the ball joints at the same time.

squeaking/creaking from front end?

the 98 ACR i drive recently started making a creaking sort of noise when i turn the steering wheel...either way. thought it might be the strut bearings so i replaced them 3 weeks ago. now it's doing it again. anyone have some suggestions as to what it might be and/or where to look? thanks in advance.

I was running 17's on my ACR but am in the process right now of changing to 16's. Gonna use my stock 2gn R/T rims with 205/45r/16 Falken rubber. I never really liked the 17's on the car...they came with it when I bought the ACR though so whatever.
