honestly i dont wanna get into it. i can handle trannies, valve bodies, but torque converter i'll let a trans specialist do. that involves high velocity flying parts hehe, i need no help creating those.

i fixed a few to fit, slot the pipes at the first bend with a cutoff wheel, gently heat and bend the pipes down and reweld. isn't super pretty but works like a charm

if you haven't already done it, get a key insert instead of a helicoil. insert is a solid piece of steel instead of a coiled piece, MUCH stronger and will prob work better with the aluminum.

either way, crash sensors alone wont trigger the airbags, takes enough of a jolt to the inertia switch in the airbag control module behind the park brake lever under the center console to set the bags off....although i wouldn't press my luck :p unless you remove the bumper with something rather extr...
