as viewed with the clip part of the connector facing up.

its cheaper to get a tach cluster from a junkyard and replace your current one. its 4 screws that hold it in adn then just pull it out.

its seems like a good copy of that lip.

i would buy it but i think it would look weird seeeing that im going to be rallying my neon and it will be a little high for a front lip.

nope they wont i for some reason am running 185/60/15's on 2 of my snowflakes and 195/60/15's on the other 2. they came that way on my 2000 when i bought it so when i got the 99 they got swapped from the 2000 to the 1999 and i havent bought the 2 matching tires yet.
