srt4eh is correct one on each side, you'll find indentions for them, I can't remember bolt size but def easier to get out with a deep socket.
You may just want to put the original back, I had hid's and the pass. side kept blowing fuses. Once I took them out it was fine, I do agree with srt4eh it more than likely is a ground or loose connection but until you can take time to get thorough with it I would switch back to the original.

I think sxt wheels are 16's so you should be okay, the bolt pattern is the same, just make sure the tread on the tires is good so you don't have to worry about new tires for a while. If the tires are in pretty good shape I'd say $250-300 would be fair, otherwise $150-200, I live close to Orlando FL ...
