turns out tht the water pump blew and caused the timing belt to skip a tooth. joyyyyy Can you explain a little better. What do you mean by it blew and belt skipped a tooth? When my water pump "blew", if thats what you want to call it, the sprocket/gear ejected itself through the timing cover and sk...

Dohc pcm will work fine with a mag head. Sensors all work the same.

Sounds like bent valves. Odd for a head gasket to leak evenly across all 4 cylinders. I have dohc pistons with an unshaved head and had 235, 230, 230, 235 psi when we checked mine last spring. .040 is a lot to take off when running dohc pistons, especially if you didn't file the dome but I have hear...

Nope. I would give them 5 out of 5 stars, but the only thing I have had to compare them to are sportlines and I hated them.

I really like my drop zones. Nice ride, not bouncy or stiff on new kyb gr2s and they are cheap. Almost got a full 2 inch drop after they settled. I have had them 2 years and been pretty satisfied with them. I autocross quite a bit and there was a noticeable difference in cornering but a lot of that ...

A cool running car can cause horrible mileage. I believe the pcms response to a cool running car is too richen the fuel mixture. I know it does this on start up and people used to throw lower temp themostats in their cars to make them run cooler to richen the fuel mixture because people think richer...

CTS = Coolant temp sensor. If its been like that since you got it I would definitely check to see if someone removed the thermostat. Plugs and wires are always good to change when you take over ownership regardless of what the previous owner says unless they have receipts. Probably the easiest way t...

You're temp gauge could be off or you CTS could be malfunctioning. I would manually check engine with a thermo gun or other means before I started throwing parts at it. If you prefer throwing parts at instead of trying to diagnose the problem I would start with a CTS. Did it just recently start doin...

Check your bulbs and pigtails on the turn signals you are having issues with. I have had a couple of the contacts in the socket not make good contact with the bulb and it burnt the contacts on the bulb and didnt make good contact and made it flash real fast.

Faulty multifunction switch. There was a TSB released back in the day about it. If you push up on the turn signal lever just a hair it will quit doing it until you use your left turn signal again. Easy to replace and cheap at the junkyard. I had the same issue a couple years ago. It's a good way to ...

I want these gone today. Make me an offer for the tails only. If I get my asking price I will throw some turns in the box. WILL NOT SELL JUST THE TURNS. I REPEAT, I WILL NOT SELL JUST THE TURNS. But I will sell the tails alone, cheap. I want them gone.

Rough body, bad tranny, bent valves = whatever scrap is going for. Sorry but that car needs a LOT of work.
