Get a new cluster, or

borrow a scan tool and see if you get a reading from the speed sensor, no reading, get a new speed sensor, if it has a reading, get a new cluster, or re-solder the contacts on your old one.

I would rock a Shogun. Yeah its a Ford, and yeah, its a Festiva. But it will pull 1.0 G on a Skid pad and run 12's stock, thats good enough for me! http://www.supercars.net/servlets/PW/garagePics/Dodge%20Spirit%20RT/1car1.jpg http://www.supercars.net/servlets/PW/garagePics/Dodge%20Spirit%20RT/1car2....

The neons really don't need any more fuel unless they are boosted.

Mine runs rich as hell. Why do you think that stock plugs for most Chrysler cars are Champions? The simple answer is that they can just about fire underwater, lol.

'84 was the first year for any of the production 2.2 turbo cars.

Somebody I know has a 200k plus mile '85 Shelby Charger, that is stock with a 10 psi boost controler that's in the 15's

And another guy with a 180k plus minivan, with a couple of ghetto mods, thats in the 13's.
