So you're getting ablolutely nothing when you turn the key? You said you could hear fuel, so I am assuming that means the fuel pump is kicking on. Check your neutral safety switch.

Checl and make sure everything is plugged in correctly, and then make sure you're getting gas and spark. If you dont find something wrong maybe your timing is off. Does the motor spin easily?
