Number 11 refinery shut down in Indiana so the whole surrounding area got raped. On Monday I got gas for 2.77 in Tennessee and then got it for 3.49 at the family express on hwy 43 in Brookston, IN. I read that thing about the refinery shutting down the next day in the newspaper.

 you know even with the high prices I don't mind filling my car and truck... you see while every one here is whineing about prices over $3 back home in ireland we have been paying over $9 a gallon for over a decade.

and if you think thats bad stay out of McDonalds! a meal here that is $5.99 is 5.99 there... but in pounds... with the conversion (about $2 per pound) your $5.99 meal here would cost $12 over there!!!

Now you know why I am here....

they don't drive as much because the country is alot smaller and the cost of living is about the same if not a little more. the main problem is they tax the hell out of everything.

I think he means E as in empty, but you gave me an idea, what if you had half a tank and switch off between e85 and normal gas. which would make idealy 42.5% Ethanol. Normal gas can have 15% would this be a way to save money, or could neons not handle that much alcohol through the system.
