has anyone heard of these? i saw them on findlayit.com by some toledo neon guy sellin them for $650!! i looked around and found them for $178 before shipping. they look interesting but i have no clue about the quality. thanks for the help!

They are junk. They dont lower your car at all. I had some in my neon. I had them at the lowest setting and my car was at the same ride height.

Yeah you would have to alter struts by removing existing perches and then attaching the sleeve tot he strut. K-Sports or K&W IIRC are the true coilover systems out there or you could just go with a lowering springs and konis

There are also Eibach coilovers for 1st gens now, non-adjustable dampers but have stainless steel housings. I think Modern has them for under $1k.

I still think K-Sports are a better deal tho.
