Possible Part-Out

Im thinking about parting out my neon. including:

vertical door hinges- 750lb pressure rated shocks -sold-
srt4 turbo manifold(brand new)
srt4 intercooler (used)
srt4 o2 housing
wings west wing
8.6:1 forged je pistons(new) -pending-
eagle connecting rods(new) -pending-
polished crankshaft
blank engine block bored .20 over and honed
complete dohc cylinder head- 3 angle valve job performed, resurfaced, new valve seals.. just missing camgears
kyb gr2 struts
skunk 2 springs

im gettin a little tired of messin with my car....i want to at least get enough for a down payment on a srt4
this is just an idea for now, more than likely ill end up doing it....ill keep everyone updated though...

well for both i paid 350 new....since theyre 2 months old....$225, if i do decide to part my car out....it probably wouldnt be til i get out of college...in may..just wanted to throw it out there and give you guys a heads up

out of curosity how much u letting the vertical doors going for?

Nah, don't do it - keep your project alive

I've had both and prefer the 1st gen coupe. Less power required to move it down the track in a hurry! A lot cheaper to play with as well....cheaper to insure, better gas mileage.....

Now if you want to go RWD/AWD route then possibly part it.....but to be honest I sold my SRT4 because I like my first gen more

i hear ya man....but i get real frustrated when dum stuff happens....alot of small things in the past....and im just tired of messin with it....im looking at another 1500-2000 to get my swap done right....i dont want to mess with it and screw something up. so pretty much im just looking for something a little newer...im at school right now, but ill come up with a parts list and post it up in the f/s section later on.

if any one knows a good place to search for an 03-05 srt4 in good condition...let me know...thanks

2.0 or 2.4?

if 2.4 what do you want for the rods? i just bought pistons (will be here tomorrow) and need rods.. cyl1 on my 2.4 was out of spec for stock srt pistons =(

unfortunately its 2.0 rods and pistons dawm...but neonblitz, for the turbo manifold, intercooler, and o2 housing....ill do $375...the turbo is brand new and has never seen boost...a couple of fins bent on the intercooler, but its still in good shape....the o2 housing i sandblasted to get that brown rust color off of it..

when im able to get my stock suspension back.... i will also sell the kyb gr2 struts/skunk 2 lowering springs for $225-only 2 months old
