1st gen Neon 2.4 junk yard built
Tonight i got the pins swapped and sorted out. Tomorrow morning i'm going to solder the different injector clips on to run the 302 injectors. I have a small feeling that i'm running lean.
I raced a 2.8 V6 5 speed Audi A4 and put like 5 lengths on him like nothing haha. But when i flew by my buddy stand on the side he seen my half broken flex pipe glowing red. so, since lean is hot and rich is cold, i'm only guessing i'm going lean. Hopefully the 302 injectors help. also have some more stuff to hook up. I hope it all goes well tomorrow.
It's supposed to be 41* so perfect weather for working on the Neon in December lol.

So, found out i have a shitty modded SOHC harness, and i was running SOHC injectors and i found a poopy extended part of the harness that my buddy fixed. We swapped to 19# VW ABA injectors and the clips so now i have equivalent to 2.0 DOHC injectors. Now my car is running different. It spits and sputters just trying to drive with the CTS plugged in. With it unplugged, it spits and sputters under 4k with more then like 15% throttle but after 4k it wakes up and pulls but not like it should. So i couldn't run the DOHC harness because the big black and grey plug that connects both harness's together are different. And some other stuff is slightly different and i have to take the alternator wiring and connector off the SOHC harness and put it in the DOHC harness some how...
This Neon is so goofy.
Also mounted the Saab spoiler. Kinda like it, but i won't be surprised if i get a bunch of hate. Gotta remember, this Neon is a junkyard built Neon, not some nice fancy perfect Neon haha.
Kinda want one shaped like this but wrapping down the side a little and running with the body line. Idk, if i end up not liking it i can take it off.

Ok, so this is a video of what my car is doing. I have not been able to figure it out. under 4k it spits in sputters with anything more then part throttle. if you flow it it will just start dying like you turned the key off. It sometimes dies or catches it self and starts sputtering. After 4k it revs up, but doesn't seem like it's revving up like it should. a little sluggish or boggy kinda.

I also took some better-ish pictures of the stupid spoiler.
My car really needs some work haha. Interior, exterior, and running wise.
