SXT rims on my 1st gen?

Post by FlowmasterNeon » Wed Feb 15, 2012 9:08 pm

I want to buy some SXT rims from craigslist but I want to know if they'll swap right over easy. I do have the 5 lug bolt pattern. I don't want my tires to rub either.. also, what would be a good offer to pay for these rims?

Alright sweet. The person on craigslist looks like they're running stock tires. You think they'll be ok? I really can't afford new tires right now :/

I think sxt wheels are 16's so you should be okay, the bolt pattern is the same, just make sure the tread on the tires is good so you don't have to worry about new tires for a while. If the tires are in pretty good shape I'd say $250-300 would be fair, otherwise $150-200, I live close to Orlando FL and thats about what they go for down here, srt's go for $350-400 so I'd say depending on where you live the price is negotiable, good luck!

Just bored n wanted to add my input.. I run '04 SXT wheels on my '95 sport coupe. They look like they belong, cheap upgrade if youre running 14s n want a little more stable feel on a lower profile tire.
