Do you know if there is a difference between the Newer neon/SRT-4 rear shocks and the 1 gen rears? CAn they be fabbed to fit easily? They offer a replaceable "insert" using the stock shock housing for 200 bucks.

I think the difference is the top hat. But I may be mistaken. I know the bottom has different mounting for the sway bar.

If you like the price, just go to my website and have a look around. Let me know if you find any prices cheaper than what I have.

I just made some changes so I might have missed something.

Yes this is true, but do not plan on Auto-X racing. I Plan on Straight line racing and looking good on the street. Comfort is not something I need to decide on, I mainly want the "lowered look" at the Lower price.

Then get H&Rs with KYB GR-2s like I'm going to. How much are you offering them for, Twisted Noodle? The KYB GR-2s?

I'm looking around but so far the GR-2's aren't listed for the 1st gen neon. That's on KYB's website.

I did find some Ground Control coilover conversions for about 400. They come with Eibach "Race" springs but you can specify the spring rate you need...

Modern has them for 240 for a set of the GR-2s. I wouldn't mind buying them from modern then buying the springs from you. I would love the ground control coilover conversion, as it's a really great setup, but I don't want to spend the money on them right now, especially since I'm not hardcore racing it.

I wonder if the "Excel-G" that KYB has on their website is the same as the GR-2's. Possibly an updated version? The GR-2 are just a hair better than stock, so I wonder if the H&R springs will be too much for them..

I can make some more phone calls if you'd like.

I'm getting a deal on a set of Konis, a set of factory ACR springs, and a set of sport lines. I'll be fine getting the H&Rs through you.

For sure will. If anybody wants a set of sport lines, I'm not going to use them. Ever.

I actually might have my '98 Sport Coupe up for sale. I just had a "hard to pass up" opportunity come my way. BTW, how much are you asking for the sportlines? I'll ask around up here with my new autocross buddies.

I don't know, they go for 200 new, and they're in good condition. 100 plus shipping sounds fair.
