how do u make ur dash look like glass when ur painting it

Thats probably a two stage paint job, or a really good rattle can job

looks like they fiberglassed it first to get it to be smooth then used a base+ clear paint system.

You have to either fiberglass it or sand it.

i could understand if was going to be painted a matte color. the gloss of the clear would reflect the sun in weird directions.

I agree, skip that. If the sun hits it, or even a good light, you're going to be blind. Otherwise, you're looking at some decent prep work. Sanding or fiberglass. If you don't care that much, probably the two-stage paint job everyone else is mentioning.

looks good, maybe, but not really into it for a dd. looks too ricy (says the guy with the c/f spoiler) and like it belongs in one of those shit-bag honda mags.

Cover your dash in alcantra if you wan to do something more current, and that won't blind you with glare. The stock Neon dash is bad enough at times.
