Have you verified a crank signal at the PCM? Even if you have a new crank sensor, you may not have a signal.
Check to see of you have power from the ASD relay. If the PCM does not see a crank signal within 2 seconds of cranking, it will shut down the ASD relay. This, in turn, kills power to the coil pack and injectors.
You can verify this by checking for voltage on the middle wire (green/orange) of the coil pack while cranking. If the PCM is getting a crank signal, you should have voltage the whole time it is cranking. If not, you will lose the voltage after the 2 second period has passed.
