does anybody have a link to get an Iceman CAI?

Availability of new ones is extremely limited. You might be able to find a Mopar Performance intake (exact same thing) from a Dodge or Mopar Performance dealer, or you can hunt down a used Iceman.

what intakes don't just go up behind the engine. most of the (cold air intakes) I have seen the filter sits just about where the stock airbox is (wouldn't that just suck alot of hot air?).

go to the junkyard and find a 90's model dodge minivan with a 3.0l and find the "j"shaped intake tube and wala cold air intake...
