steering height adjust?

hey so i got a new 98 sedan and it doesnt have an adjustable steering column which i didnt think was possible... lol

Anyways my question is that is there a way to move it manually with tools to set it to a comfortable height to me??

I do not think so. Tilt wheel was an option on the 1gn neon, as it was on most cars made before a few years ago.

Really short legs? I don't find the steering wheel to be any bother, it's in a great location. But that's just me. And I'm 6' tall.

im 6'4 and fit fine in both my neons but my 95 has tilt wheel my 98 doesnt

Go to the junkyard and pull a 1st gen steering rack with tilt and install in your car.
