Thats not a cold air intake, thats very far from a cold air intake. Just make the 3.0, the tutorial is on here and also on neons.org.

Actually a turbo is junk unless you have an inter-cooler compression warms air

who runs a turbo without an intercooler (for performance at least) who cares how "warm" the air is when you're pushing more air in, it's going to make more power. That's why people use turbos!

^^^as did the hot air turbo buicks in the 80s, and the first year cummins diesel (89 i think)
