Whats the best tire paint pen? Like for coloring letters in.

Can't remember the name of it but a couple years back got one in autozone I believe that they only come in white and yellow and are made for rubber you just have to clean it real good and thier not cheap I paid like $15 for one and it took two to do all four but they do work well.
