A drill press or dremel would probably work.

I like the idea and am going to look in to it. I spent hours boaring out my stock TB to 58mm and got some sheet aluminium and cut a new butterfly. I might like your way better.

Dremel porting. It was pretty easy I got a marker and marked what need to be ground off. Took maybe half a hour. I did a little more after the pic. I can feel the POWA

Lets just say that "someone" cut this a little more then what they
should have... . Would it really matter, because wont the
butterfly keep the throttle rod thing in place?

yes it really does matter. cause the 60 mm butterfly wont fit on your neon rod. you have to file the inside of the rod where the butterfly goes like this
Image
and when you do that the butterfly wont sit in the center of the TB thats why you have to cut that plastic an 1/8th inch.

^^uhh, i think there might have been some miscommunication, because i finally finished the tb and everything seems to work fine. I haven't installed it yet cause i still need to auger out the bolt holes, but all the complicated stuff is done.
