Why does that first one look totally fake? There's a black box around the word Neon, and all the Neon's look photoshopped in.. also, I've never seen it before!!
My brother also has one that I've never seen before.. it's like a cartoon drawing and has "The Adventures of Neon" or something like that.. only thing I really remember is it going to France. I'll try and get him to scan it for me.

I know nothing of the origin of that top ad, I DLed it at some point years ago. I always just thought it was an old, poor scan.

yeah the top ad looks like a poor photo-chop. the resolution of the city compared to the red neons is horrible.. and I see the black box around the "neon" letters is totally noticeable like loserlee noted..

If anyone can confirm it is a fake I will take it down.

Yah i was just about to post that that's a poor quality print job .. i'm in a print class right now and can see multiple mistakes.
However i think you should leave it up, just put a notice that you are unaware that it may be *user made*.

yea, it's def not of a quality that any auto company would use in an ad campaign. So i would go with what skill suggested.

Maybe not up to current quality standards, but keep in mind that ad could be 13 years old or so.
The comments in this thread serve as an appropriate disclaimer IMO.

Agreed, but check out other print ads from this time period. It's just too choppy to be real imo.

This was the 8x11 glossy posterboard that I got with my R/T. I'll post the 1998 accessory catalog later. If you want these in a larger format I'll e-mail them to you.
