Title explains it..
no charge, checked wires, alt is good, battery good, ECM good.
Getting shocked by something near distributor when i go to touch it or the wires while car is on or right after shut off.
I have a SAFC-II, 2 gauges, using a tach adaptor, um.. really all the info i can think of right now.
