Map/iat sensor wires

Map/iat sensor wires

I have a 95 sohc that iam swapping a dohc head onto. My neon originally had the iat and map sensors separate and the new dohc intake i have has them combined. I need to know what wires on the new connector are the power, ground, map signal, and iat signal. The wires are
Green/red stripe-
purple/white stripe-
black/red stripe-
black/white stripe-
