wiring mess... i need help asap

I just put a new sohc motor in my neon and when we hooked up the batt it sparked bad ( i forgot to put the plastic spacer on the alt) so i put that back in and hooked the batt up again and the car wont do ne thing,,,, i checked all the fuses , changed my comp..... the only light that kicks on is the oil pressure light... if i try to use my cig lighter the oil pressure light kicks on and it does the same if i try and turn the head light on .... any help would b awsome

ok i think it might b my pdc ... but i have no clue where its at.... can ne one help
