As you may know, your Neons have headlights which have 9007 bulbs whereas Euros have H4's.
My question is this, if I get hold of a pair of US headlights, shall I be able to keep my existing H4 setup or shall I need the 9007 housing/wiring ?

well my guess would be that if you switch out connectors if they have the same type of hook up (wire wise) then you could just splice the wires together and use your current euro setup
The definition of a NEON
