Indeed, all Euro Neons came with the leather 4-spoke wheel except the rare-as-hens-teeth '95 LE models which had the 2-spoke wheel.

You can sell them and maybe make a nice penny off them, most mdflaps here in the states just say ''neon" or nothing at all.
