The New Adventures of Old Christine

Post by Ianguilly » Thu Sep 30, 2010 4:54 pm

Well as some of you may kow my car was totaled 2 weeks ago after i fell asleep behind the wheel, the car suffered 3 8 ft. jumps and grazing a telephone pole. So the damage was pretty bad, the body is bent, the core is bent beyond repair, ad the struts are all blown.

So the plan now it a total rebuild to make Christine better than she has ever been.

So heres what i want to do:
-New body with fresh flame red paint
-JY 2.4 hooked to an MTX with bolt-ons
-.20 bore
-KYB struts with 1 1/2 dropped springs
-Rear sway Bar
-tinted EVERYTHING turns ,windows...you get the idea
- Depo stealth headlights
-SRT-4 EXhaust
-three kinds of trunks
-Yellow fogs
- Some kind of lip

So first thing on the list of things to do, get everything off Christine, So heres day 1's work:

The end of one brings new life into another.... glad to see Colton's shell being put to good use. It's still sad that you lost it, but you'll gain a ton of experience tearing it down.

Are you going to paint the new shell to start, or get it running first?

It's not the fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop at the bottom!

Well i hope i can have the whole car repainted by december, then i'll spend spring rebuilding it, I want to paint it myself, but paint isn't cheap and i've only got 2 month Experience with auto body.
Hopfully Jon we'll be standing in Tomz's driveway next year Bull shiting about it.
