Part one - part 2 coming

So here's my second 1st gen project, didn't go trough as expected, but happy with the results for now... mostly stock 2.4, more in the planning this spring.

So here's how it started

My friend, who was my help trought those three months, taking out the little beast for a test drive...he just keep braking axles 8) so we installed one from a pt cruiser and the other one from a turbo daytona. Won't break axles anymore but will spin...

whats with the cut out peice in the hood?
95 strawberry coupe mtx sohc

pacesetter header/catback, sts, boogers, 3.0, atx tb, ported intake, mp ecu, solid bobble strut, magnecor wires


98 white rt coupe mtx 2.4

mopar ecu, egr kit. ur street pulley, mpx 60mm, iceman, msd wires/coil, solid mounts, ractive header, vibrant muffler

old 2.0-145.4hp@6161rpm, 134.5tq@5218rpm

Looking great!!! Everyone in Canada seems to have so much free time to complete projects :D .

That yellow looks familiar, what's the paint code? (if it's a chrysler code) It's almost Solar Yellow in some pics, but looks like that yellow they painted newer PT's with in others.

Paint code PYH 2003 solar yellow, from srt4 neon, cameras not good so color looks funny.

As for the free time don't think we have much more, winter we take nights and week ends to do our cars...

Engine and tranny

2000 stratus motor, 2.4
55 mm tb
modified caravan cai
solid bubble strut
solid motor mounts
Mopar perfomance mid tube header
Mopar performance dohc computer
NO p/s, a/c
19 pounds injectors on 58 psi fuel regulator
r/t tranny, fidenza clutch and flywheel
pt and Daytona turbo axles
2 1//2 exhaust all the way to 3 inch dynomax muffler
trunk mounted battery

Coming up
16 or 18 crane cams and springs
Mildly ported and polished head
switch to sohc 3.55 trany
Better manifold, boxed for the 55 tb
