The only problem there is shipping. I'm gonna try and keep an eye on the local yards and see what I find. Hoping for a white set, but won't turn down a silver set.

They only came in one colour for the SRT style and then a different silver colour for the VW Wolfsburg style with the fake bolts.

ah. Gotcha. I have two sets of beat up silver ones (one more-so than the other) and a single white one... I also have three Sport alloys. I'd really like to find another sport and paint them a dark gray/silver/platinum colour.

New engine is coming along...slowly. I've got all the bearings and seals for it, oil pump is cleaned up and just needs to be reassembled, and all I'm waiting on bottom end wise are piston rings and maybe knife edging the crank. I'll get it polished at least.

From there, bigger cams, decking the head, and a box intake is the plan, then actually racing it this season would be nice...

Well the Megasquirt is here and the snow is flying. I'm going to hoard up all the parts I'll be getting over the winter then having a big install day as the car is about an hour away at my parent's place.

Not sure what the company is called in Canadaland, but Rustoleum's graphite color is what I painted my sport wheels, with a tiny polished lip, they look bizzangin!

I like this car, keep it coming.

I'm starting to like it too. I think I'll like it even a little bit more with some boost though...

I just got a little promotion at work so we'll see how the next few months pan out. An SRT turbo with a full 3" exhaust, a built bottom and a bigger than stock intercooler should be able to make at least close to 300 hp with a 2.0. Sounds like a lot of fun to me.

You have crane 16's right? Keep them with the turbo, so you can still have a long powerband. That would be a hull of a fun car too.

BTW, meant to tell you this earlier....you spelled "color" wrong. :D

Heh I should be more aware of my audience when typing, then eh?

I plan on using the 16's and a big intercooler and seeing what I can do with it if I do go down that road.

Turns out I have some work to do on the Megasquirt. It's a 2.2 board with a MSI v3 daughter card, so I'm going to have to change that out for a MSII along with adding fan control, tach output and maybe boost control. The only thing I'm not sure about is if I'm going to attempt it myself, or send it out to have it all done.
