says hes pushing 152 whp in his base r/t, is this true. thought neons dohc's were 150 at the crank

All dohcs are rated the same and only make different power due to some motors having closer tolerances.
Most seem to believe it's overrated from the factory, but there is no way it is making 152whp at the wheels. None.
