I don't feel my neon is a (under dog) by any mean's, hell when it was almost stock I was dead even with an 06 civic si, in that 10 year gap the honda civic si didn't get any faster than my R/T in a straight line, actually neon's go pretty good for what they are and that's why i've owned several now. Of course there no super car but they do have a racing history behind them and this is another reason I like neon's, plus I get great gas mileage and still spank mustang's.

By underdogs they mean that people don't expect our cars to perform as well as they do, BECAUSE it's a Neon. By no means are they saying that Neons are slow... In general terms IF that were the case why would we have them?? These cars, by nature, are looked as the granny and "new driver" teen cars. Because they can be had for cheap and are usually easy to maintain for the average consumer. However in some digging it was stated by one Chrysler's exec's that "the Neon is the Modern Day Hot Rod. When based on the power to weight ratio of the other cars in it's class, it out performs in almost every catagory." ;)

My intention was never to piss off anyone, once other's became hostile I figured why not have a little fun with it, dont give me b.s. about giving up on me that's the worst excuse cuz nobody care's especially me, the real reason nobody is on this forum anymore is cuz it's lame as shit, ya i've already said I have nothing better to do so I come on here to b.s. browse the web for part's for my new project car and run to the shop a few time's a day to see how stuff is going, so there ya go guy's this is my reasoning for having nothing better to do.

Unemployment kick's ass if you think about it i'm getting paid to type this ha.

Did you see what I read? I gave up on caring about arguing with you, it's not BS, it's real, however, you're going to (again) disagree with me in a feeble ploy to get me to retort again. Good luck. Unemployment sucks because I have to pay for pieces of shit like you to sit at home and not do anything except browse the internet, get side jobs that you don't pay taxes one while I'm out working my ass off.

Sucks you don't live out here, BGE dosen't do lay-offs during the winter, they just charge both arms and both legs for electricity and gas. If I had $10-15K to drop right now I'd go with solar panels and get paid to have them. Why don't you look into being an electrician since you work for a utility company already? Get your apprenticeship with a good company and you wont have to worry about winter lay offs. I got lucky with my last job and I do fiber optical cabling installations, cat5e cable installations, and cat3 phone cable install for the DoD. Before that, I did the whole construction cabling BS, buildings with no ceilings, or dredging cable, with snow coming down. Do you like using the phone, or the internet? You're welcome.

And without any electricity there wouldn't be any computer or phone so you are welcome, my plan is to stick with this utility company for awhile, i've got enought time in now to take the foreman's test's and make the big buck's, right now i'm a inspector and storm clean up specialist and have it made, as far as wanting to be an electrician i'l pass, I make good money where i'm at and look forward to getting laid off in the winter.

I figured you'd say the whole "without electricity there is no X". Without internet you wouldn't be here right now. Don't know about you, but my landline phone happens to work when electricity is out. Electricians out here start at 15 an hour, some get lots of overtime, and they don't get laid off in the winter time. With my company, starting pay depends on how much money you make, and if you have a background investigation done or not. I made 54K last year, 7 in overtime, and 2 in bonus'.
