Maybe more than a couple bolt-ons but yeah, it's not hard to hit high 13's with a 2.4, and even a 2.0 DOHC. But a SOHC top end pretty much limits how far you can go.

i'm positive my car has 13.60's in it with traction lol and i'm still on a factory base pcm, stock bottom end and old ass nitto drag radials hehe.
one thing i notice, people put all the emphasis on motor. Very few ppl pay attention to getting the power to the ground. Suspension alone dropped damn near a half second from acr suspension to the coilovers.
