Every cluster i find has some sort of problem.
Seen some 1gns with 2gn clusters, hard to do?

Are you sure the cluster is the problem, where the cluster plugs into the car there are metal tabs inside of the plugs and if one is damaged or broke the cluster mal functions. Ps. The clusters with the tack works in neons that didn't come with the tack cluster. I found this out yesterday because my friend with a 1st gen had always wanted a tackometer and never seemed to have the money for it so when I got a tackometer cluster for free, we put it in not expecting it to work but it worked great no jiters and it seems to be acurate.
