No. Its a domestic car. If you want to do a RHD swap buy an import.

The list of things needed is extensive. Also, expensive. Chances are you wouldn't even be able to think of everything needed. I know I wouldn't.

I personally think it's a lot of work, and for what? If you want to be different and have the ambition then go for it.

You could import one from Australia, but then you would have "postal truck" status.

I love neons. But i would not waste my time on a RHD swap, nor waste money or time trying to get one. If you want a RHD car, get a jap car. They are easier to find.

I always laugh when I see a US or Canadian built Civic that's been converted to RHD.

if you want to then go for it. i know its not a neon but i seen a guy in texas who turned his s-10 into right hand drive. but then again that man could fabricate pretty much anything. but long story short he didnt import a thing. he either hand build stuff or modified it to fit on the opposite side. full custom dash and everything. but it was a show truck. so if you want it to look stock you would have to import it. i would personally love a right hand drive vehicle conversion or not.

Your feet are doing the exact same motions, so you're all good... Shifting will just be a little slower if you're a right handed person.
