Modular clutches are all one piece. Flywheel, pressure plate, friction material all riveted together. Driveplate with starter teeth is seperate. Came on all 96-newer Neons made in the US (Vin starts with 1)
Non-modular needs to be assembled on engine. Came in 95's and Mexican built Neons (vin starts with 3).
Not completely interchangeable. Non-modular clutches need longer bolts to hold the flywheel to crank as the flywheel is thicker. Also the dust shield between the engine and trans is different, the modular clutches came with a 2-piece unit so you could access the bolts on the backside of the driveplate. Can cut the 1-piece one in two pieces if needed.

As does the clutch for a 2.7L Stratus, it's what I'm running in the magenta. Cost me $250

About 2, depends on what year your trans is. Newer ones have slightly higher capacity. I like to fill them up through the reverse light switch hole uner the battery tray and watch the plug until it starts running out.
