god forsaken chrysler trannys

ok so it started out not wanting to go into second at high rpms now int doesn't want to go into second fourth or reverse it feels like mashed taters but then if i pop the hood and twist the cables over as to put more tension on them it works okay for a couple days then i got to do it again. are my cables out of adjustment or what

Do you have the retaining clips that hold the cables to the bracket on the trans?

are they E clips beause if so then no but they cables never pop off they stay it just feels like mashed potatoes sometimes i think i am just going to go to the junk yard later today and get some cables and try those for now and i plan on pickin some boogers (hehe) up too

yup, you def need to pic up come of those clips i had that problem a while bac and the clips fixed it and boogers def help alot too when your done it'll feel like tatoe wedges

eeeeeeeehhhhh wrong (just pissin) i needed cables apparently they melt when they sit on top of the cat (sarcasm)
