This is a FAQ that is on 2gn that someone assembled. He is pretty good with the MS computer. Another person to talk to is esteimaier (I think that is how you spell his name).

You will need injectors bigger than 24 lbs. You will be running those at well over 80% duty cycle, and they wont last long at all. If you're not using a 1:1 with the MS, get at least SRT stage 1 injectors (~47 lbs.).
It really depends a lot on how much boost you plan to run. The higher the boost, the smaller the injector effectively becomes at a static fuel pressure.

you can run up to 10 stock tuned and with forged internals you only be limited by your turbo and fuel.....

An RRFPR raises fuel pressure to compensate for the small injectors and short pulse-width when used with the factory PCM. Injector duty cycle remains within a normal range because the injectors get effectively "bigger" with the added fuel pressure. At 7psi of boost, the fuel pressure with 24lb injectors was probably near or over 100psi.BlueR/T wrote:will the 24lb injectors work for now, because they are from another car that ran 7 psi on them with a rrfpr
With MS, you will use a longer pulse-width to add fuel instead of increasing fuel pressure. Even with a 1:1 regulator, injector duty cycle would be well over 80% (maximum safe limit) and would burn the injectors up quickly.
You could try to use an RRFPR with the MS, but that sounds like a tuning nightmare. Do it right and get bigger injectors. You can get a set of SRT stage 1's for around $50 - $80 used. To me, its worth it not to blow my engine up for that price.

Can get the GM IAT and CTS sensors as well. Cheap enough and you don't have to mess with Easytherm
