My car should easily hit 15.3 now.. All I got is a Stock low compression bottom end with Crower stage 2's up top. No Port/Polish. Just .010" shaved and Mopar ECU
I assume you meant .040" and not .40" right? Not sure how that would work out.. lol

A healthy stock 2.4 will do just as much as your setup will. I've put at least 5 Neons into mid-high 14's with a stock 2.4 in them. Cost as much as a Crane 14 and mag head. No box intake, header, huge tb, etc. My buddy's full interior coupe went 14.9 on street tires with a 2.4 last summer. Milled head and 2.0 cams, stock otherwise.
Also 10x more fun to drive with the torque, and easy to knock off 1-2 seconds. Your SOHC setup is almost maxxed out.
My Crower s4 cammed 2.4 on MS:

Low 13's with slicks and full interior. Stock 2.4 bottom, stock DOHC head milled .040". Header, open dump off collector, box intake and jeep tb.

The link I posted? That's mine. Best time of 13.379@101.07 mph.
You used stock bottom end, milled stock (mag) head, a rather "big" cam for the engine (not many bigger than the 14 that are readily available), and all the bolt-ons, expecting 15.3.
I used stock bottom end, milled stock head, "big" cams that are easy to get for cheap, bolt-ons, 13.3.
Nothing special on my car that is hard to find. The Quaiffe probably, due to the cost. But it's not worth 2 seconds. It's definitely awesome, but not THAT awesome.
I know which way I'd go if I had to choose again.

Video or it didn't happen.518kyle863 wrote:that 2.0 dohc sounds like shit my sohc sounds 10 time better then that junk
And how can you tell from a 9 second video taken with a cell phone?
Here's a better quality video.

Only thing that possibly sounds like shit is the loudness of the exhaust. That's what No cat or Muffler sounds like, only using a Glasspack and a resonator. Of the 50+ people that have seen/heard my car, you're the first to say it sounds like shit.
So lets hear the SOHC with the .40" milled head that sounds 10x better.
