Sounds like bent valves. Odd for a head gasket to leak evenly across all 4 cylinders. I have dohc pistons with an unshaved head and had 235, 230, 230, 235 psi when we checked mine last spring. .040 is a lot to take off when running dohc pistons, especially if you didn't file the dome but I have heard it done without issue. I am getting ready to install a Crane 007 and the guy that did my head recommended I not mill .040 off the head with dohc pistons even though people have. 007 has the same lift as the 14 but more duration. Has it ran at all?

holy spell check batman... of coarse, like im one to talk... if im right, the dohc pcm wont work with a magnum head will it?
It's not the fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop at the bottom!

Dohc pcm will work fine with a mag head. Sensors all work the same.

If the valve timing was off that far you may have some issues. Good luck. I am keping my fingers crossed for ya lol.
