RRFPR running too rich at idle

Post by 1nastyR/t » Sat Nov 05, 2011 2:00 pm

Just installed a walbro 255, begi rrfpr, and srt4 stage 1 injectors. My car is seeing 10.0-10.5 AFR at idle and i've tried adjusting the regulator and it doesn't change, when i had the stock injectors in and it adjusted just fine. do you think my new injectors are too big? motor is a 2.0 dohc.
She was just admiring, my ride...

Got a fuel pressure gauge? Make sure the regulator works.

Got a return line? Modded fuel pump.

no i don't have a fuel pressure gauge
yes all the o2 sensors are in and working.
my new injectors are 577cc vs 224cc stock ones.....
the regulator is working because when i used my stock injectors i could see my afr go up and down when i adjusted the center screw.....
but under boost they could not push enough fuel

Stage one's are kinda big for a stock Dohc. I ran 35'lber's (370cc's) in my old car when it had a rrfpr.
