Voltage clamp?

I recently got a turbo kit for my car and was told I needed a voltage clamp for the MAP sensor to stop it from going stupid with boost and flooding gas into the car. Is this true? And if so, where can I get one?

Your map sensor will freak out because it can only read atmospheric pressure, anything over that (boost) and it doesn't know what to do since it puts out roughly 5v at atmospheric pressure.
