It is a sohc 2nd gen R/T head. Bigger Exhoust ports, hotter cam.

The DOHC head still flows more than the Magnum head. Switching to a Magnum head would be taking a step back.

Speaking of which, I assume the UK RHD Neon R/T's (2nd gen) has the same Magnum head than stateside ? meaning that if I find one at a JY I can put it on my 1st gen ?!?

There's a couple different solutions here. This should answer your questions (it's where I learned about it...) good luck! Install instructions included

2gn. org --> How to's --> HT Engine --> How-To: Magnum intake install version 2
