whats the best size to make it, its for a 2.4 turbo set up

Somewhere on neons.org I read an article all about this. there were a BUNCH of formulas, etc on there.

I also saw a ChillFactory manifold on there for sale as well.

Talk to All Motor Mike on neons.org. He makes some very good box manifolds, and will tell you what dimensions to use if you want to make your own.

you better start reading up on them. If you are going turbo you want around 3.5" runners
