Just getting the idea out there. Plan is late March, early April. Depending on Indiana weather. I am thinking about getting the same shelter we had last year. Does anyone have any complaints about that location? I don't think the ice cream shop will be open yet but it seemed like a good location otherwise.

Might even be driving the green car by then.

I may be parting out my car but there will still be a meet. I will just be driving a stock neon instead of a sweet 13.5:1 2.4L SOHC.

Just put another tranny in my car and its fucked up already. First it started popping out of 3rd, then a couple days later it was doing it in 5th. Then it started to sound like it had rocks in, then it started whirring and whining and squealing. Now it will only shift into 1st and 2nd. Frustrating part is this tranny worked perfect last year except the input shaft sleeve broke off when my throwout bearing went out. We don't know what happened to it. Don't have much choice but to get a new car. I don't have time to keep swapping trannies, 3.94s are hard to find. I can't find anyone to properly assemble my 3.94HD for me. My girlfriend is pretty pissed about the whole situation. I really love my Neon but its not worth losing my job over which is going to happen if I don't get something dependable to drive. It's tolerable right now since I am working nights but I start days in a couple weeks and won't be able to use my girlfriends car. It's either me go to work for $16 an hour or her go to work for $39 hour, its no brainer who gets the car. Stuart wants to buy my car if I put it back to stock so I may not even have a neon soon. I really don't want to sell, I just want to put it back to stock but if I can get enough out of it I may do it. The whole situation just stinks. Just a rough tally I have almost $3000 in parts that will be for sale. I paid a helluva lost more than that though but thats part of the game, also the reason I never thought this day would come.

if it helps any I have room to store and work on it. I know that wont help with a new car, but the shop is avail. if needed. And no hurry to move it.
