Hey guys...i am forced to build a motor, so of course im on a budget. I was wondering if anyone has ever used the "ebay" head gasket kit or anything equivalent to that? Any input would help, dont want to buy poop parts even tho im trying to say a lil cash..
1995 4 door- 2.4 swap, MTX swap,5 lug swap, CAI, Unorthodox UDP, venom 24 lbs injectors, MSD, Head milled .20, pt valvetrain, Chikara header, STS, SXT interior (Blk), Semi wire tuck, Battery relocate, Cat-PS-A/C delete, Sportlins, New Heads/Turns, and factory shiny paint....(( TURBO BUILD NOW IN PROGRESS))

I used Domesticgaskets on ebay. Used this particular set here for my half dohc swap.

Even though it says for a 2.4 it was correct for me. Comes with all the extra gaskets for the different intakes used. Plus valve guide seals, cam seals, a steel exhaust gasket, v/c gasket, egr gaskets,and a MLS headgasket. Can't beat it for around $50.

:withstupid: i agree. the kits arent bad. i've used them alot before. just remember to do this ONE thing! use a little bit of copper spray on the head gasket itself. it'll help save alot of headache from oil leaks and such.
