Too big? No. Is bigger really better in this case? No.
It will be loud unless you choke it down with resonators or quiet muffler. The more you quiet it, the more restrictive it becomes. 3" is overkill for most Neons. The "must have some back pressure" thing is a myth, don't listen to it.

The SRT/PT pan has a relief cast into it for the pickup to "sit in". Use the correct pickup with that pan. If you have one of each you'll see the difference. If I think about it later today I'll get a picture of one of each next to each other. The non-SRT throttle body will need some kind of adapter...

I'd be surprised if they fit since it's a Mitsubishi-designed and built car. Dual piston doesn't have to mean it's "better". Better bet would be better pads. Neons don't normally have rear brake issues with under performing. Many times they're already too tail happy. Balanced brakes front to rear ma...

They don't NEED it but they don't know that. Check eBay for random VIN if there's a white ACR on there.

The steel pin in the middle of the bushing should come thru and be just about flush with the top lip of the bushings. If the inner lip is damaged or torn it won't stay in place. If you have further problems send me a PM or email orders@boogerracing.com

it's just the parking area in a field for the car show, no different than a parking lot at a mall or anywhere else.

srt turbo rod is for floating pin pistons. non-srt rod is for pressed pin pistons. the srt rod is stronger but heavier.

the only thing the tabs do is help keep it in place while you put it all together. the TOB is in constant contact with the pressure plate once it's all bolted together.

if that's what you're asking about.....

With the spring in place, jack up the front end. Have someone hold one tire and you grab the other. You'll be able to break that one tire free from the other with ease.
