Yes i took them out when i switched my head becasue i bent some valves due to a timing belt snapping but i used the lifters and rockers from the head i got at the JY and im thinking there no good. But i have a spare set that i will be replacing it with tomorrow.

Well finally got my car running but theres a real loud ticking in the head and im thinking its a collapsed lifter. Can anyone tell if it is from this video? I know its on the exhaust cam tho.

can i use Permatex High Tack Spray-A-Gasket Sealant instead of the copper stuff on the headgasket?

Is it safe to jack the front up from the front radiator support? Its the only place my jack can fit under.

Dont get it. My friend has one and it sux ass. If you want a alright header for cheap i would suggest a pacesetter.
