you can take junkyard caps, grind them, bolt them on and have the cam bores honed. Probably more work that it is worth.

the monroe's are basically a stock replacement. the kyb's are slightly better and came on the 2gn rt's. konis would be the best but they are expensive.

outer wear could be too much positive camber but it is unlikely esp with drop springs, unless something has been bent. The car being toed out would wear the outer edge as well. i would check the inner and outer tie rods. then have it aligned if everything is ok. or replace the bad parts and align it.

answered your pm, but i have a few more questions. where is the tire worn. and have you ever had the toe checked. that angle is more likely to wear a tire than camber unless it is really severe.

yep roof was pushed over 2 inches, quarter smashed, 4 doors dented, strut tower pushed over. doesnt take much to total a neon.

you can either buy the key for the srt skim module, or buy a brand new computer. once a pcm has seen a skim module it must always be hooked up to one.
