The most amazing part is that has to be the record for a stock automatic neon.

The AEM fic http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?t=298081

I don't use it, but it's what I'm deciding on between that and the megasquirt. Is not having to pull everything once a year worth the extra price and fewer goodies? Hrm...
I still haven't chosen.

Unless you're at the track, doesn't gtech say to do a run in both directions, a few times and use the average? Yea for wind resistance and what other little things could effect it. But I dont think it would be much of a difference? I only used to have an original one, does the new one need to be le...

You can use Jeffb's timing belt how to. Grab some booger bushings if you haven't already. http://jball.neons.org/howto/timing_belt/howto.html I also really suggest picking up a factory service manual. When you have the belt off, use that little bolt for leverage to remove the bolt from the cam gear....

I'm not trying to be mean here or anything, just clear and to the point. your still not getting it, he's wondering if a MPP PCM has a big power difference Which is why I posted a dyno test of one. Otherwise you're just stuck with manufacturer claims which don't always live up to their promise. Testi...

It's not just a dohc pcm, it's a mopar performance reprogrammed one. I understand what you want perfectly. The problem is that in all my years I've never seen a dyno test of one vs the oem pcm. So I don't think you're going to find one. What we do have is that dyno and the understanding that there i...

Here's the sport compact car dyno of a mopar dohc pcm on a sohc with a few bolt ons. http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/projectcars/0202scc_project_dodge_neon_part_2/photo_14.html Pretty good gains down low, that little loss at higher rpms won't matter too much if you won't be revving that high, obvi...

It will sound worse (IMO), you'll get a little more power, never pass emissions/inspection and pollute more. Getting that cheap crap is not the only way, getting a true flexible section is what you should do. The downstream o2 is only for cat efficiency and long term fuel trims, you won't get crap m...

Walamart had 12 packs included in their Pepsi product sale. 4/$10. I picked up one of each. Have yet to try them though.
